Sunday - getting ready for Samhain

hi everyone.
well tea and nana and grandad's was not too bad.
we watched strictly come dancing. i know. i'm sooo sad but its good. can't believe spooney and ola got knocked out. just shows the power of the public. lol. the judges were sooo nasty to poor georgina. shes a nurse (i think) in casualty. blimey i watch too much tv. lol.
but the best bit was that Meatloaf did his new single. it was soooo amazing to see him again. i love his stuff!! he's aged though. i mean his hair was always grey-ish but he wasn't as young looking in the face. but i really like that song. the video for it is amazing. right. i need to stop here or i'll go on and on and on and on - you get the picture. lol.
yeah - Samhain is coming!! New Year!! for those of you who haven't got a clue what i am on about Samhain is one of the major holidays when death is acknowledged as something that is a part of life. it reinforces the ideas of the circle instead of a straight line i.e. death is the end bla bla bla. I've done my research but i wont put the ritual here because some people may try it just for a laugh and i don't want to dishonour Her.
still on a learning curve and i really need to find a book of shadows. maybe i could have an online one? nah. don't think that would work. heh heh heh. A BOS is meant to be private so i don't think i'd do that. lol.
anyone who has questions can always ask me in their comments. if you leave your blog addresses or something i'll get back to you. promise. and you can ask me anything about wicca or paganism in general.
right. i do need to go and get that blasted chemistry revision done. lol.
