Sunday - not long until Yule

Hey everyone

I am alone at home at the mo. Chris is playing footie, mum is away with him, and dad is working. so it's just me and the dog, and the fish! lol.

we've got my aunt and uncle from Forress coming down. they are staying for tea. it's great seeing them cos i only get to see them twice a year. booo. my aunt dorothy is so funny because shes got a hilarious accent. its like a whole dialect. mum took a while to understand her. lol. when they first met she couldnt understand a word. ha ha ha.

I got an UNCONDITIONAL offer from Napier UNIVERSITY to study biological sciences!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! ahem, i'm just a LITTLE excited. lol.but that like my 3rd or 4th choice. but at least i know i'm going somewhere. YIPPEE!!!!!

anyhoo.

i'm getting ready for Yule. its the 22nd this year so i've got time to get organised. mistletoe, holly and ivy. ring any bells? yep. christmas is like Yule. even the birth about a God's birth. and even the incenses are the same. i cant afford francisense (cant spell it but you know what i mean) or myrrh. so i'll make do with sage. or lavender. i like lavender. its just so calming.

cant believe that this year has gone in so fast. last year i was all geared up to do my higher prelims and now i'm starting to look towards my ADVANCED higher prelims. this time next year i'll have uni work to be finishing. i don't know what you think, but for me that's VERY scary.

oh well. i'd better go and get my lunch now.
